To the IPv6 editor adding config template entries lately: please check that settings are not default before adding them to pages. For example, you added safe texture cache to [[Rambo: First Blood Part II]], however Dolphin changes this setting for [https://i.gyazo.com/1ad11c9482918afdca6ce0f61cef068a.png all Sega Master System games] on its own without having to do anything as a user. You can check default settings by choosing Properties from right clicking the game on your gamelist, and hitting Show Defaults on the bottom left of the window that comes up.
