Yes, it appears the game doesn't use copy filter for its brightness control.  Xenoblade Chronicles is another title with nonfunctional brightness, but its default is an unmodified setting so the result happens to be correct on Dolphin.  I thought this update [https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2022/02/08/dolphin-progress-report-nov-and-dec-2021-jan-2022/#50-15484-also-use-copy-filter-for-efb-copies-by-pokechu22] might have solved it, but I'm using 5.0-15993 which is newer --[[User:Pneumatic|Pneumatic]] ([[User talk:Pneumatic|talk]]) 16:39, 11 March 2022 (CET)

Yes, it appears the game doesn't use copy filter for its brightness control.
