With EFB to Ram, D3D9 and D3D11 may crash randomly. D3D11 is far worse than D3D9, but D3D9 still does it. You'll need to change this in the ini (by default it's set to EFB > Ram). Issues with EFB > Texture have been resolved and this is the preferred setting to achieve complete stability and gfx accuracy. As of 4.0-600, 1/15/14.
With EFB to RAM D3D11 may crash randomly. This can be resolved by using EFB to Texture, but this need to be changed  this in the games properties since it's defaulted to use EFB to RAM there.
