Needs investigation

  • System code D is used for demos in general, even on Wii (AFAIK there's demo versions of Just Dance using D)
  • Region code have some special cases that doesn't make sense (X and Y for example, to denote store-specific variants even if they're the same as P or E -- e.g. Just Dance 2 Best Buy Edition)
