Neo Geo Global Problems

Your trick does not work. Me and JMC47 both heavily tested a great many neogeo games, and I specifically tested your setting combination to see if that would help. It didn't. The games fluctuate depending on what's on screen: there is NO SETTING that results in a stable, constant framerate and no audio disruptions. You can play with the framelimiter all you want, but there is a serious underlying issue that cannot be worked around. We've tried. It's not computer limitations, because pressing tab rockets the games to hundreds of FPS; and it's not the game either since we know how they behave on console. Besides, in your post you even outline options that aren't even in Dolphin anymore! The wiki is aimed at the latest development versions.
