Sometimes there will be audio feedback when walking around town. Just enter a building to make it stop. Some music tracks may crackle lightly as well if using HLE or may be distorted, and strangely HLE can run slower than LLE, but on the other hand HLE can play tracks perfectly with higher performance (like normal) It is really just 50/50. [[DSP LLE]] will fix these problems if you have them.
