Auto Modellista (rough Italian for “car designer”) is a racing game developed and published by Capcom, first released on Nintendo GameCube. It was Capcom's first driving game for fourteen years since the arcade game F-1 Dream, but they had previously distributed Ridge Racer 2 for the US market and both Test Drive 5 and Test Drive: Off-Road 2 (developed by Pitbull Syndicate) for the Japanese market.
The percentage counter on the initial save file creation seems to improperly count to 400%.
This game requires XFB emulation. An early indicator of this is odd flickering of the opening video, which doesn't fade in/out appropriately. Flickering issues are seen in game without XFB, in which the track details flicker in and out. Fixed with Hybrid XFB in.
