WiiWare Version |
The name of this game says all about it. Cocoto Platform Jumper is a circular 3D Platform Jumper with an isometric camera angle. You play as demon Cocoto in your quest to save a secret of magma and his demonic friends. For the most part of the game you run along circular platforms and fight monsters and bosses on your way to victory. Cocoto has several special abilities that will help him - some can be used to build temporary platforms and some to fight monsters. The game features 5 different game worlds, with 40 different levels. There are also 30 enemies and 5 bosses on each level. There is also a 2-player battle mode and 4 player race mode.
Problems
Interlaced Output
Cocoto Platform Jumper (GC) forces interlaced rendering, causing its output to jitter vertically. Dolphin doesn't currently support interlaced output and attempts to convert all output to be rendered progressively. When progressive rendering can't be forced, deinterlacing doesn't occur appropriately, causing output to shift up a row for one frame and back down on the next. Refer to issue 10473.
