Mega Man Anniversary Collection is a game released by Capcom and Atomic Planet in 2004 for the Gamecube, PS2, and Xbox. The game is a compilation of Mega Man 1-8, with 2 bonus arcade games : Mega Man: The Power Battle and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters. Completing certain objectives will unlock bonus content, such as music, artwork, or videos.

NES Titles (Megaman 1 thru 6)

Megaman 1 - 6 have minor graphical glitches inherent to the original games but are playable. However, the audio is heavily distorted and garbled when using DSP HLE emulation. Using DSP LLE recompiler with audio backend: XAudio 2 seems to fix the audio problem.

Mega Man 8 Full Motion Video (FMV)

Megaman 8's FMVs have audio, but no video.

Megaman 8 Corrupted Visuals

Megaman 8 also suffers from corrupted visuals, but it is not as bad as the NES titles.

No configuration changes are known to affect compatibility for this title.

Revision OS Version CPU GPU Result Tester
3.5 Windows XP x86 Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @ 2.0 GHz ATI Radeon HD 4650 100% playable. Constant 60 FPS at full speed. Some little sound problems (In rare moments, you can hear random sounds of the game), and FMV problems (The audio plays, but shows nothing). No doubt, this can be corrected with the LLE DSP. Megaman 7 seems to be the most problematic, with some problems in animation of sprites DmitryN
