The water and portal refraction can cause a slowdown problem during gameplay. The problem is present in the Torvus Bog when the player gets out of the water and when the visor is aiming the sky when it's raining.  This is due to the fact that the game makes Dolphin reuploading lots of textures. The fix for this is to disable the option "Synchronize GPU thread"  in the properties of the game and to activate the XFB on virtual.
