Resident Evil Code: Veronica X, released in Japan as Biohazard Code: Veronica X, is the fourth game in Capcom's Resident Evil survival horror series, originally released for the Sega Dreamcast in 2000. It is notable for being the first Resident Evil title to debut on a non-Sony platform, in contrast to the first three installments, which were originally PlayStation games and then ported to other platforms.
Some sounds are missing.
All background textures are missing (textures visible only on characters and some objects). Can be fixed by disabling EFB copies on the NA version. The EU version can be improved via the Bleach Vs Crusade hack. Not perfect but playable.
"New game" film is missing.
New game problem (shut down Dolphin) can't be played on Mac.
Only configuration options for the best compatibility where they deviate from defaults are listed.

|Linux Debian Wheezy x86_64||Intel Core i3 @ 3.4GHz||nVidia GeForce 220GT||Perfect graphics, and also full framerate, using nosound98 advice, I changed the FPS limit to 30 (not 70-90), now the game runs at 30 FPS (the emu fails to detect the correct framerate in this game).||Butz_san|
