Restored pre-2.0 revisions. I have a reason for wanting them to stick around. Kept the two star entries trimming. Removed Dsound suggestion, tested, not needed. Minor tweaks.
(Well, since we trim the graph to 2.0 or newer, removed the older entries. And since we should add an entry only when a compatibility change occur, removed r7719 too. Fell free to revert if somebody oppose...)
