In game frame rate appears hard capped at 30fps (50% speed) meaning the audio is clear but choppy (DSP LLE) and character movement is slow. Disabling the frame rate cap, changing to DSP HLE and minimizing graphics settings will not allow the frame rate to go over 30fps. DSP HLE is choppy like LLE but audio is not clear. | |||
