Once you play through a race, replaying it lowers the chances of stuttering, possibly to none. There are some audio bugs - mostly the music in the menu when selecting stuff, and sometimes the "3, 2, 1, GO" doesn't play all the way. Other NCP settings used: Max Pre-Rendered Frames set to "1".
