For revisions around {{revision|4.0-273}} with the OpenGL backend, post using an in game save state the graphics may be in a psychedelic state with incorrect colors. This may be related to a combination of AA/Filtering settings, though issues seem to be resolved when using the Direct3d backend and similar settings. Seems to be resolved in newer 4.0 revisions.
