== Respawn Animation ==

In multiplayer freestyle battle, when either player dies, there is supposed to be a respawn animation where your character switches between opaque and transparent a few times. This still happens sometimes, but other times, your character will be replaced with the other player's character for the duration of the animation, or your player will be a 2D image of either player for the duration of the animation. It appears that this 2D image is the view of the player at the time of respawn.
