From now on, when you run a new Dolphin build it will create a User folder next to its executable files, just like it used to.
Before launching the Dolphin, be sure to move your User folder along with its executable files (or check if it's placed correctly) if you want to still use it. Otherwise, it will create a new one in there instead.
