	:: The easiest option would ~~just~~ be to ~~say~~ to dump ~~the user's~~ IPL.bin and place it in <code>[User Folder]/GC/[your region]</code> and make that a link to [[Controlling the Global User Directory]]. That's about as clean as anything with two non-specific items can possible be, but it will never be smooth.
