Problems
Intro Freezes
The game often freezes during the intro cut-scenes.
Incorrect Textures
Some textures aren't showing correctly (i.e. bone fractures) or don't show at all (i.e. intubation).
Unemulated Wii-mote Gestures
A real Wii-mote is required, due to unemulated Wii-mote gestures. Even with extended Wii-mote emulation (r6340 and above), some moves can't be repeated (i.e. cardiac attack).
Configuration
Only configuration options for the best compatibility where they deviate from defaults are listed.
