RatingProblemFix

Template:RatingProblemFix was updated to add additional functionality, such as categories to keep track of missing info and additional parameters. You can see the template in action on RatingProblemFix/sandbox. I think you may like the edits because they provide a benefit for this Wiki, even though it may not look right just yet.
