Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is an action-adventure stealth game, developed by Ubisoft Montreal and built on the Unreal Engine 2. It is the first Splinter Cell game in the series endorsed (but not created) by author Tom Clancy, and follows the activities of NSA Black Ops agent Sam Fisher. The character of Sam Fisher is voiced by actor Michael Ironside. His boss, Irving Lambert, is voiced by actor Don Jordan.

MMU Speed Hack
If all you see is a black screen, and it says "FPS: 0 VPS: 60", with no "Licensed by Nintendo" appearing, enable the MMU speed hack. This has been reported [1] to work. After "Licensed by Nintendo" you may need to mash A or Start to get the main menu. Option defaulted in 4.0-3631.
Configuration
This title does not need non-default settings to run properly.
