60FPS Gecko Code
Simple 60FPS codes will run the game at 60FPS at all times, which causes pre-rendered cutscenes to play at double speed and have audio desync issues. Experimental 60FPS codes fix these issues by capping the framerate at 30FPS during these cutscenes.
