The virtual console emulators use the AX ucode. And this game has had working audio forever anyway, that problem was in error. Also, virtual XFB is not needed. Confirmed with JMC. Deleted all problems.

It removes some lag not present on real VC like on the file selection screen, just by setting the XFB to Virtual.
