However, there is a service called RiiConnect24 which has the Forecast Channel working again. If you take the /title/00010002/484146xx/data/wc24dl.vff file from a Wii that has it connected to it and put it in Dolphin, the Forecast Channel will work normally for the rest of an hour.
The RiiConnect24 service can restore the Forecast Channel functionality. See [https://riiconnect24.net their site] for details.
