(Reproduced the audio problem, it only occurs if "Speed up disc transfer rate" is enabled. Removing because it is known to cause bugs like this (and the mouseover warns you). I'm on the fence, and won't object to a new problem saying not to use the settin.)
(Clean up. Moved multiple shadows below open problems, removed AF from config, removed vercompat AF note since it was a fix of an enhancement. Removed the AR Codes problem since bad cheats is a universal problem with no solution, and JMC has fixed most rev)
