(Those settings were already tested, and are present in the issue report. "Limit by FPS" isn't even in Dolphin anymore. But just in case I tried that combination, and it doesn't fix the problem.)

All Neo Geo titles have frame rate issues, with slow speed on Auto framelimiter, constant speed increases/decreases, and cracking sound. Adjusting the framelimiter can help somewhat, but it will not fix the problem. See {{issue|7039}}.
