007: Agent Under Fire is a first-person shooter video game based on the James Bond franchise.
007: Agent Under Fire uses the VP6 video codec, common in Electronic Arts' titles, causing its videos to have vertical line artifacts and other glitches on NVIDIA graphics cards. The Software Render will display VP6 video correctly, but is typically too slow. VP6 rendering also reacts poorly to the Force Texture Filtering enhancements (and Anisotropic Filtering on NVIDIA), causing further scrambling.
Skip EFB Access from CPU
Agent Under Fire hangs while loading certain levels. (Vehicle sections might be common factor. More testing is needed.) To fix it, tick "Skip EFB Access from CPU" in the Graphics Settings > Hacks menu. Bear in mind that opening the Graphics Settings menu will temporarily reset the External Framebuffer mode to default. This will prevent FMVs from showing correctly. Restart the game to fix this or simply change the XFB setting to "Real" manually. (The latter will affect all games, though.)
Additionally, skipping EFB Access from CPU may have side effects. Load screens not displaying is a possible one.

|Windows||Intel Core i5 @ 2.9GHz||Intel HD Graphics 3000||Runs at 46-60FPS, Missing sounds in DSP-HLE, Screwed up opening videos. Game is still fully playable at 2x Native Resolution & 8x Anisotropic Filtering.||ACE017|
|Windows 7||AMD Athlon II X2 270 @ 3.4GHz||NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT||Works at 40-60FPS. MAJOR lag during second level which sometimes hangs, especially during loading screens before and after the mission, even with the MMU/speed hack enabled. Otherwise is all good.||Tsarchasm|
|Windows 10||Intel Core i7-2630QM||AMD Radeon HD 6650||Works at 60FPS, no problem.||francis|
