(I launched this by editing MainWindow::BootWiiSystemMenu to use 0x000100084843434A instead of Titles::SYSTEM_MENU. It's Japan-exclusive. The name comes from gametdb and https://github.com/fail0verflow/hbc/blob/master/pywii/Common/pywii/wii.py#L85)

The Set Personal Data channel is used to enter personal information (such as the delivery address and phone number) used by the Demae Channel. It is not accessed from the Wii Menu, but rather from the Demae Channel if the user indicates that their personal information is outdated.

Problems

Missing Game List Banner

Certain Wii apps and homebrew apps never create savefiles that are handled by the emulated Wii's internal savefile lists, so no banners are ever generated for them in Dolphin.
