Since {{revision|3.5-471}}, the game will think that the wiimote is constantly disconnecting. Pressing Alt-F5 will restore it, but it will disconnect again seconds later. Disable "Enable Speaker Data" to solve this problem.

=== Cannot Use Multiple Save Files ===
=== Blue Startup Video ===
While each game will work correctly with a single player profile, multiple profiles do not work correctly. Start a new game with a new profile, and the game will not start anew, but will instead load the save from the previous profile. Furthermore, if the player attempts to load the Metroid Prime 2 Multiplayer in the Trilogy launcher, the game will show the multiplayer intro and then load the most recent save of Metroid Prime 2's single player. There is no known solution at this time. See {{issue|6070}}.
Since {{revision|4.0-216}}, the opening video is... blue. It goes away as soon as a wiimote appears on the screen or after a period of time. It has no effect on gameplay. See {{issue|6783}}.
