Wii Play is a party game developed and produced by Nintendo as a supplementary title bundled within the Wii controller retail pack. Wii Play consists of nine games. All games are designed for 2 players, but can also be played either by a single player, or a single player with a computer-controlled second player. No Nunchuks are required for any of the games; however, players can use a Nunchuk as a substitute for the D-Pad for the Tanks! game if they wish. Wii Play received a sequel in 2011 entitled Wii Play: Motion which takes advantage of the Wii MotionPlus.
Problems
Mii Face Corruption
Most times mii faces will show wrong, even sometimes NPC faces duplicates the player mii's.
Fishing
After commit 4.0-553, you cannot catch any fish on emulated Wii Remotes. Use a revision prior to 4.0-553 to avoid this problem or Real Wii Remotes to avoid the issue.
Billiards
Due to complex movements made by the Wii Remote, this minigame is nearly unplayable using emulated controllers. Use Real Wii Remotes to avoid the issue.
Find Mii - Flashlight
The flashlight didn't show up, making the "dark" levels impossible to complete. Fixed by 5.0-568
Configuration
This title does not need non-default settings to run properly.
Version Compatibility
The graph below charts the compatibility with Wii Play since Dolphin's 2.0 release, listing revisions only where a compatibility change occurred.
