Resident Evil Zero, known in Japan as Biohazard 0, is the last of the main titles to use the original Resident Evil game system prior to the changes ushered in Resident Evil 4. The game's storyline serves as a prequel to Resident Evil, covering Rebecca Chambers ordeal a day prior. A near straight port was released for the Wii in 2009 under the title Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil Zero.
There are no reported problems with this title.
This title does not need non-default settings to run properly.

Also if I played for more than 2 hours straight or ALT-tabbed too frequently it'd crash (some "out of sync" fifo error) so I had to state save once in a while. Apart from that no graphical glitches, FMVs work perfectly and 30FPS throughout|

Occasional sound hiccups when going through doors (either a noisy static sound or an abrupt increase in volume and then cessation of the BGM). Generally full speed with Dual Core and Idle Skipping, minor slowdown in a few spots (such as fighting the centipede); enabling VBeam might produce intermittent cackling audio. I've played a lot with settings and these gave me solid 30FPS, i noticed that internal resolution have a direct performance impact for this game so its better to leave it at native resolution, i have max anisotropic and 2x antialias in general settings and these are the per game settings:
- Uncheck "DPS HLE Emulation (fast)" everything else in "Core" is checked click on "Edit Config" and add these lines [Core] GFXBackend = OGL FrameLimit = 0x0000000d DSPHLE = False [Video_Hardware] VSync = True [Video_Hacks] EFBAccessEnable = True [DSP] EnableJIT = True [Video_Settings] EFBScale = 2
--Note: you can increase internal resolution 1 notch by setting EFBScale to 3 but expect some slowdowns to 22-25FPS in some areas, other will still be 30FPS.
