Actually, that's the intended behavior. The bar displays only 2.0 and up, but the last entry before 2.0 will be displayed at the start, allowing people to know that the 1 star rating existed from r791 all the way up to 5786. This same behavior exists on Super Smash Bros. Brawl, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and other popular pages. But there isn't a lot of data from before 2.0, so this doesn't come up very often. This wiki was created around r4000, after all, and the cut-off was added not long after 3.0.     • This is complicated by the Dolphin UI currently using WiiMote in a few spots.

    • Though the wikipedia article is for "cutscene" I still feel the hyphenated "cut-scene" is likely more appropriate. Google seems to agree: 296,000,000 "cut-scene" results (though they seem to include "cut scene" and "cutscene" results too) vs 2,240,000 for "cutscene", ~150 to 1 difference.
  • Purge question marks from the ends of JP titles, was from a link on Wikipedia on how to install Asian glyph fonts.
